Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned: apparel purchased at a discount of 25% or greater is final sale, and all vintage apparel products are final sale. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if it was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at team@motiongolf.co.


UK, European Union & Australia — Return Policy

If your order was shipped to the United Kingdom, the European Union, or Australia, please note that our return policy for these regions differs from our standard policy.

Store Credit Only: Returns from UK, EU, and Australian customers are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for orders shipped to these regions.

No Return Shipping: Customers in the UK, EU, and Australia are not required to ship items back to us. Instead, simply contact us at team@motiongolf.co with your order details and photos of the item(s), and our team will review your request and issue store credit if approved.

You still have 14 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request, and all standard eligibility conditions apply — items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that the EU statutory 14-day cooling-off period has been replaced under our store credit policy. By purchasing from our store and shipping to an EU address, you agree to receive store credit in lieu of a monetary refund.
